ok, can i do as many exercies as i want for the muscle group im working out like 6 different bicep exercises, or should i stick to 3-4 exercises for that mmuscle group?

I wouldn't do more than 3 exercises for biceps or triceps. Even that's excessive IMO. 1 or 2 exercises usually should suffice.

My typical workout features 1-2 exs per muscle group. Some people do 3-4. I don't think anyone is advocating 6.
