I love this site, you guys are really incredible so far....
I'm going crazy with all that I was doing wrong.

I from stickies here I found the www.fitday.com site and have started a food/exercise/calorie diary there.

I am hoping there is a similarly detailed lifting diary site? I am starting with Gravity Homer's routine from the sticky here, I am but already fiddling with it, as I like the "Gravitron Pull Up machine and want to work my biceps more on "upper body days".

Any suggestions on where I can track reps/sets build routines?

Do you a notepad? Or MS Excel? You could make a spreadsheet in there and track your results.

I personally keep 3 copies, one in a notebook, one in a Excel spreadsheet and one here in my journal(s) on JSF :)

Thanks, yes I'm doing that, I'm just wondering about giving appropriate attention to the muscle groups I'm working...vs. overworking one area and underworking another....
