Well, its spring time and softball starts for me this weekend. I already do my slow/moderate cardio in the mornings 2-3 days a week, is it still ok to keep doing this and then playing sports (softball/football) in the evenings? Or will that be overkill? I think it might put me over the edge as far as fatloss goes and get it going even faster.

It will not be overkill and should help your goal significantly!

What good is all this if you're not having fun? (Of course, I have not yet started in all this... I've got to talk to someone about my poor poor joints...)
