Hey, I was wondering if you guys can help me out in any way, im an over weight basketball player who needs to drop 32 lbs before summer camp the first of july im 6"0 192 lbs.
This Is A Typical Cut Day Diet For Me (No Basketball Today)
Breakfeast-Multi Vitamin, Gold Standard Protein shake! 120 cals, 24g of protein
Hour later-Wheaties 2 sevings, skim milk orange juice, 2 egg whites! 434 calories, 24g of protein.
40 Min Run Workout
Post Workout- Wheat Bread, Gatorade, Tuna. 285 Cals, 21g of protein.
2hrs later- myoplex lite 190 cals 15g of protein
2 hrs later- 1 cup oatmeal 2 cups cooked 300 cals, 8g of protein
40 min elitptical workout
post workout-wheat bread, tuna, 1/2 cup of oatmeal! 295 cals, 29g of protein
an hr before bed-multie vitamn gold standard protein. 120 cals, 24g of protein
Total On Average 1800 calories, 150-160g of protein
When I Do Play basketball i add on chicken and more oatmeal or gatorade and more protien usaulll then i eat around 2100-2400 calories im very active and im in really good cardio shape. what should i eat please help is this diet gonna work or what thanks and god bless!
