View Full Version : Looking for body definition (low bf%)

Hello, im new to this forums and i am looking for body definition (cutting) i have been training for 1 year 3 months and i train 6 days of the week:

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Chest & Back + Abs
Wednesday: Tricep & Bicep
Thursday: Shoulder & Legs + Abs
Friday: Chest & Back
Saturday: Tricep & Bicep + Abs
Sunday: Shoulder & Legs

For every muscle i do 4 different excercices 4 times each one.
I start with light weight and more repetitions (15) and start adding more weight and less repetitions (6 - 8).

I started doing cardio 2 weeks ago.
My height is 6'1 and my weight is 181 lbs (i was 187 before i started doing cardio).

[edit] I forgot, last time i checked my bf % was 22% and i'm 19 years old.

Diet: Healthy food like fish, chicken, etc.. and no sodas.
And drink 5 - 8 glasses of water daily.

My questions are:
If i do HITT training 6 days a week for 30 minutes is that ok?
And if my weightlifting program wont cause me any problem to gain more definition?
