I'm in college and have only recently been going to the gym seriously. My main problem is the cafeteria food. but that's besides the point-- I have a tendency not to eat breakfast because of my early lab classes, and realize that I probably should. what are some quick simple foods that will sustain me through the morning?

Do you have a microwave? If you do instant oatmeal is good to eat before you leave home, followed by eating a banana on your way to class.

I would probably make a shake or something. Either that, or you could prep something the night before. Remember, breakfast doesn't mean "eggs or oats."

You don't even need the microwave. :)
Oatmeal and a scoop of protein powder mixed with water or skim milk if you're OK with consuming dairy. I eat mine uncooked. :eat:
