I am basically trying to get cut I suppose, I don't really want to be big.

I am 5'7 and have been going to the gym everyday for about 2 weeks now noticed my weight has been flux. between 150 and 155 which I can only assume is fat loss, muscle gain.

I do 30-45 min of cardio and then another 30-45 min of weight lifting / crunches.

Work my arms, chest, back and abs. Work out is about an hour and half to 2 hours never any more than 2 hours.

Not sure if I am eating properly though I try to eat when I am hungry, but due to being on a shitty eating habbits from before hand (eating 2 meals a day - not even just 1) since I am hardly hungry. I don't seem to be tired after the gym either. I burn about 300 - 350 cals from the cardio.

Any help would be great. I don't eat fish, mostly hamburgers and steak, corn, patatoes, i eat. and take multi vit 1 a day. I try to have creal in the morning but I don't normally get to.

My work out starts mid day since that's when I finish up class. (college student).

Oh just to add the cardio is at 160-180 Heart rate. Noticed my top abs are starting to show so I am assuming i am doing this correctly so far but any improvement would be great. This is my first time at a gym not fat either but I would love to get that lean, cut look.

You need to spend some time working on your nutrition plan :) Read the stickies for that.

As for the cardio, too much is not good, as you will lose what lean muscle mass you have already, considering what you are eating.

What is your lifting plan like, as I got confused? Do you do the same things everyday, or do you split your body up and do different exercises each day?

As I am still new to the gym, I don't know the names of all the machines, but.

Pulling, for the back, bicep curl, chest press, leg curls,

I do same things everyday but in different order, the only thing i don't do regular. is the crunches, on the machine I do those every other day. and I do 2 sets of 5 each on each angle, weighted.

OK.

You should really workout every body part. How often do you do that? It needs more organisation. You could start off with a fullbody or upper / lower split. Spend a bit of time reading journals / posts. You will find a gold mines worth of information :)

I am not fully understanding,

I kind of am doing full body already. You are right about the organization though, but always have been terrible on organization, I was reading the guides for the on the Nutrition and to be completely honest I don't really understand it that much, what I really need is someone to just tell me what to be eating everyday to lower my body fat. right now i am at 14%.BF. A side from pretty much fish and beans I have no problem have anything else a side from some vegs. which isn't that many. I drink only water, And I don't drink alcohol, and don't eat fast food. Then I can just stick to it.

As I said very knew to the gym and fitness all around. Going to start bringing a log book to the gym to keep track of what actual machines i am using.

Well sorry to sound negative, but you obviously haven't read the guides properly. They are an EXCELLENT starting base. They tell you:

1.) How much to eat (guide)
2.) How much of P C and F to eat (guide)
3.) What types of P C and F are the best to eat

That gets you started. You will then find a stage where you can seemingly go no further. That is when you post up your diet for critique. You can get it nitpicked to various degrees. Eventually, you will achieve your goals.

No-one can do it for you, it has to come from within you :)

I'm in a good mood, so here is an example:

M1: 1 egg, 5 egg whites, 1 cup oats
M2: 4oz chicken breast, 3/4 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli
M3: 40z steak, 2 cups mixed greens, 1tbsp natty pb

etc :tu:

Notice they are all clean foods, not processed, not loaded with sodium. Those 3 meals would probably be consumed before 12:00 lunch time, depending on other things.
