It would help if you could give some more information about the product, what's in it, what it's supposed to be for, etc.

There's a lot of people who would be glad to help out and give you an answer but who aren't normally inclined to go do lots of research just to answer someone's forum question.

Directions:
Take 2 capsules with at least 8 fluid ounces (a full glass) of water approximately 1 hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not exceed a total of 6 capsules per day. This product contains 180 mg of caffeine per dose and should not be taken after 6 pm to avoid sleep disturbances.


Other Ingredients:
Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate. A sensible diet and regular exercise are essential for achieving your weight loss goal.

Has anyone ever used this product? If so,please give feedback

I tried this product 2 or 3 years ago when I was trying to find a fat burner that would help me burn a few extra pounds of stubborn fat.

I was not happy with it and returned it. It gave me headaches and insomnia. It could have been just my system that rejected it. I don't care for fat burners now.
