Well,..I'm sure some of you all have done this before, or do it on a regular basis as I do, but I thought I would post it, as I have never seen anybody mention it before,...
For my in between solid meal, shake, I will sometimes use a couple scoops of vanilla Nitrean, for protien, and Barleans flax oil for fat. At times, I will split the fat portions, with half oil, and half actual flax seed. Mix it up so it's thick enough to stick to a spoon, or knife, and man oh man is it good,....:drool:
I have used other powders as well,..and sometimes used half flax oil, and half natty peanut butter. The combinations possibilities are quite extensive, but the flax seed and flax oil, give it a strange flavor, that is hard to duplicate,...Good stuff man,..:tu: I could eat a whole bowl of the stuff.
