So I've been looking for another drink that is high in protein and non-dairy, non-shake, but there don't seem to be any. I have stopped drinking Tropicana OJ cause OJ is just getting too expensive and it's pretty much all carbs with only 2 grams of protein. I was looking hard at the store today, but I ended up having to settle on some v8 product with 3 grams of protein, although some other good health benefits. Does anyone know any non-dairy beverages that are high in protein or what are the healthiest alternatives? I am bulking, BTW.

Oh I am not lactose intolerant. I drink milk in my shakes and egg product. I also have eggs almost every day. I was just looking for some variety since I get a lot of dairy already.

Protein shakes ;)
Theres no point in drinking juice for its protein content, I cant think of any fruit (or anything juicable) that has any ammount of protein worth worrying about, and the small ammounts found in some juices aren't complete anyways. Drink tons of water, if you must have flavor try adding crystal light to your water, if your looking for some carbs and vitamines drink real natural juice of whatever type you like or eat solid fruit, its better then juice anyways.
If your looking for alternative ways to get protein theres a few companys that make "juicers" that are clear with the consistancy of water and taste like juice. You could also buy some unflavored whey and add it to whatever your drinking to make your own flavor of shakes (I haven't tried that stuff yet, but was looking at it today in popeyes).

Unflavored protein powder is definitely an option. There really isn't any natural liquid protein source (aside from milk) that I've ever been made aware of.
I'd check out www.trueprotein.com. They sell a crapload of different types of protein in bulk, and will mix whatever flavor you want into them. Their quality is great, and they give descriptions of what all the unflavored powders taste like. I get my Milk Protein Isolate from them that I use before bed, as well as waxy maize starch which is a ridiculously awesome PWO carbohydrate.
I will say that while their product quality is indeed good, their flavors I've tried thus far are not remotely as good as the taste of Nitrean. However, they have added a bunch of new ones and they finally have a sample pack available, so if you're looking for a type of protein (like casein or hydrolyzed whey or soy protein or whatever) that At Large Nutrition doesn't sell, True Protein is a good place to check out.
