Ok, at the moment I'm looking to try and cut down on bf. I work-out 3 times a week with 30min cardio at the end of each work-out. I'm 5'10" and weigh 176lbs. A typical day is:

Meal 1: Cereal(honey corn flakes)171 Calories, 6g protein, 32g Carb, 2.5g fat

Meal 2:Sandwich(whole-meal bread, meat and assorted veg) 251 Calories, 19.2g protein, 33.3g Carb, 3.7g fat

Meal 3:Whole meal rice+chicken 382 Calories, 36.8g protein, 44.6g Carb, 5.3g fat

Meal 4:See meal 2

Meal 5: See meal 3

Meal 6:see meal 2

TOTALS: 1688 Calories, 137.2g protein, 221.1g carbs, 24.2g fat.

Ok so I need opinions on how I could improve it, all crit is accepted.

First off, more calories. 1688 calories???? Geez, I would suffer at that level and I weigh 10 pounds less than you. I would up it to at least 2400 or even 2600 and start there. Whenever you start a cut, it's always better to start at a higher end and cut calories as you need to.

Meal 1 - I would repace cereal with oats and also have some protein with the meal
Meal 2 - More calories
Meal 3 - Add Veggies

and etc....
You need to completely make over your diet.
