Ok so im trying this out as my first ever attempt to get into shape. This is the workout i crafted
Monday- Total Chest Workout
Tuesday- Total Leg Workout
Wednesday- Arms (Biceps, Triceps) Workout
Thursday- Total Shoulders and Back Workout
Friday- Total Abs Workout
Rest on Saturday and Sunday:sleep:
My question is should I include cardio in my workouts, because honestly thats what makes working out seem so unapeealing to me, is having to run on a treadmill. Also, I'm thinking of switching the days i do my back muscles with my leg muscles, since i had difficulty with sore legs when doing dead lifts. Oh, also I heard that drinking ALOT of water can help tone your muscles, visually. That is, it makes them look more "chiseled". Is this true? Any answers, comments, concerns would be deeply appreciated.

I don't have a problem with splits, but I dont recommend grouping small groups like biceps and triceps together while grouping huge groups like legs and back together. I also don't have a problem with full body routines which I think you should also consider.
Can you expand on your workouts? By this I mean the exercises with sets and reps. I would change the routine either way, but we'll wait and see how you have it set up.
As for the cardio, you don't have to bunch it with your weight training. I prefer cardio on my non-weight training days (truth be told I prefer cardio never :)).

Water is the best supplement you can take for 100s of good reasons. Your muscle cells contain 72% water, skin is 71%, your brain is 85%, your bone is 30%, and fat even has 15%. A lean man of 180lbs has 112 lbs of water. Water even assist muscle contraction and lubes your joints.
So get the idea, just drink about 1-1.5 gallons a day. It is good for you. And it is true if you drink it as ice water, you could burn about a calorie an ounce. So that is an extra 123 calories a day for that gallon. The same amount you would burn at 3.5mph doing 20 min on a treadmill a day. Does Water makes muscles look more "chiseled"? Who cares with all the other good features of water. :tu:

I've seen people do this routine before the 5 day split its a good way to really focus each part of the body its just a lot of time in the gym though. I see your trying to cut you don't have to do cardio but it will help speed up the process especially if you do 10-15 minutes of mid intensity to high intensity cardio after you lift.

yeah ill take all this information into consideration, and hopefully it will pay off. Right now im focusing on technique since that plays the most crucial role in weightlifting, as well as drinking a gallon of water a day. I also hate cardio, because it seem so repetitive but im going to try to fit in some mid intensity workouts. So since cardio isnt as crucial, do can people lose weight solely by working out?

Of course you can but to lose weight is to keep your heart rate up if your working out and your taking 5 min breaks between sets chances are your heart rate isn't moving all that fast. Sure you'll gain strength and size but the fat burning isn't all that much also diet plays a huge roll. When it comes to losing weight I really think lifting is only 15% of the job the other 85% is your diet.
