Alright folks.

1 pound boneless skinless chicken B cup breasts.
1 medium sweet onion
1 green pepper
1 packet of mccormicks fajita seasoning
1 bag of spinach w/ carrots mixed in
16 oz black beans (drain them)
1 lime
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 ration of seasoned mexican cheese
1 ration hot salsa

First, I started with a pound of boneless skinless chicken breast. I thawed it during the day, then I cooked it about 3/4 done w/ several slices of lime, a tablespoon of lime juice, and a table spoon of olive oil.

Then, I cut up some green pepper and sweet onion. Added those along with some mccormicks fajita seasoning to the mix.

Finally, I added some black beans for fiber and protein to the ensemble at the end after draining.

Served over spinach, with a little mexican flavored prepackaged cheese as well as some hot salsa, it is a delicious meal!

It's very tasty and very filling. It isn't the perfect, most-healthy meal of all-time, but this is something that is very quick and easy to make, that when you're not cutting or bulking is a very nutritious and healthy meal.
