Hi John,
I must say even if you haven't been weight training you're looking better and better every day. Today's picture (14th April) is pretty jaw dropping...
I'm wondering is there any particular reason you've increased your calories to around 2000 lately? I've just noticed it's been higher on average for the past few weeks.
Also, do you think if you had been eating 2000 calories back when you were, say, 14% bodyfat you would have been able to maintain the same level of fat loss you were experiencing at that time?
