is it just me, or did the major brands of chunk lite tuna change something so you can't squeeze all the water out anymore by pushing down on the lid?
i bought some of the supermarket brand, and it works just fine... open the can, and smash the lid down and squeeze all the water out. star-kist and chicken of the sea though, i try the same thing and the lid bends, tuna squirts out of the sides, and i can't get all the water out.
please tell me i'm not crazy and someone else noticed the same thing!

Its been like that for quite some time now. I used to drizzle the water/oil onto my dogs food, but now its damn near impossible because I lose half the tuna. I just drain it and rinse it in the sink now. Far easier than doing it in the can.

I agree but it has lower mercury than the rest. Get one of these. It fits right inside the tuna can just like in the picture and it holds all of the tuna back and gets rid of all of the water.

Chunked>flaked.
I cant stand that ground up flaked stuff. I accidently bought a can once and It was gross so I fed it to my cats... they enjoyed it :D
I noticed the chunked cans are hard to sqeeze, the lid gets all bent and stuff but I haven't eaten tuna since I was a kid so I figured I just got stronger:lol:
