Is there a site where I could find how much calories/protein etc. is in say 4 oz of chicken breast or 1 lb. of beef steak?

www.calorie-count.com

But cooking methods will change things. The cut of meat will change things.

In Canada the beef council has a website with Canadian numbers.

I was wondering why the nutritional info changes so much.
According to calorie-count cooked or stewed chicken breast has no carbs and per 140 grams it has 211 calories and 40 grams of proteins

and a grilled one per 355 g has 10 grams of carbs () and the same amount of protein

The second one is "made" by somebody called tacone. Seems to be some sort of fast food place?

The first one is just plain old chicken.

I wonder if the tacone one is a chicken meal? or some thing. Breaded?
