K so I bought a bottle of Rapidlean pills today and i was just wondering if anyone else has ever tried em or have any opinions on them?

Also six star Advance Creatine..bought a 2lbs jug of it today too...I was just wondering how many scoops am i suppose to take to load for the first 5 day? cuz it doesnt say and ive never used creatine before so im kinda new
