Hello, thanks for reading. I was wondering if anyone could comment on my diet. BTW, I am 24, 6'3", 205 lbs., and have a very fast metabolism. This is basically the diet I have been on for 6 months. It helped me gain 25 pounds before I plateaued. Recently I added the blackeyed peas which you will see under Snacks which I'm hoping helps me get past the plateau. Thanks.
Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs, glass of OJ, protein shake (2 cups milk, 1 scoop whey protein, approx. 1/8 cup egg product)
Lunch: PB&J sandwich or leftover spaghetti and sauce
Snacks: 1/4 cup fat free yogurt, turkey sausage (2x serving size), 10 mini carrots, 1-1.5 cups cooked blackeyed peas
Then, another protein shake (2 cups milk, 1 scoop whey, 1/8 cup egg product).
Dinner:
1. Tyson chicken breast, brown rice, glass of OJ
2. Lots of spaghetti and sauce, glass of OJ
3. Seafood and brown rice, glass of OJ
Late night: mix of canned chicken and tuna (approx. 160 calories)
Some alternatives:
Breakfast: French toast usually once a week (3 slices bread, 3 eggs) OR 2-3 slices toast with PB
That's about it. Usually my pasta servings are huge so on those days I think I hit around 2500-3000 calories and on other days it's about 2000-2500 calories.
