Does anyone know if on this

if they are listing added bcaa's? I was looking at the true protein site and using the regular Hydrolyzed Whey Protein High Grade I come up with those figures for the bcaas.. I think I heard somewhere that they werent listing the added stuff so nobody could just rip them off

part of me wants to find the original formula that Tim used in this article

it sounds like they sorta made it milder as to not scare the average user.

I believe Chris Sugart covered it in his recent artcle on double dose surge. They are added BCAAs.

I created my own surge-like drink from True Protein. It consisted of:

35% hydrolyzed whey
35% dex
20% malto
10% BCAA

It's not quite 2:1 carb/protein ratio, since I don't really think you need that much sugar for an insulin spike. This ends up about 50 cents cheaper per serving than biotest's product.

Make sure you get a premium flavor and added sweetener, 'cause the BCAAs and whey are pretty bitter. I got the premium fruit punch, and I hate it. But I've got 6 lbs to go...

This is my first foray into pure whey hydrolysate and malto/dex, so I'm not too sure yet. I was using gatorade and nitrean PWO for quite a while before. I still use nitrean, but only as a food supplement now.
