Well, I've lost quite a bit of weight - I just have a little roll on the gut to get rid of. I'm an ecto, and I'm getting that 'too skinny' look I had in high school.
I'm looking forward to bulking, but I don't want to be caught off guard in trying to get more calories in, and use it as an excuse to eat badly.
What would you suggest for clean filler foods?
Currently, I get in about 1700 calories a day. A typical day is something like:
Morning: Kashi GoLean, coffee
Mid morning: Fruit, protein shake
Noon: Workout, Protein shake
Mid Afternoon: Chicken sandwich, fruit
Evening: Chicken, veggie, cottage cheese, Skinny Cow ice cream.

I need to get around 3000 calories a day for bulking. I think I should add more veggies in general. I plan on eating more nuts. Unfortunately, I can't stand tuna.
Any suggestions on filler calories that are clean?
Also, before I started cutting, I used to have ~ 1 beer or wine a night. Anything wrong with re-introducing a little alcohol during bulking?

cottage cheese is really good if you can find a way to get it down that you dont mind too much.

Grifter, shrimp has a lot of cholesterol and sodium, so it's only a clean food when eaten in moderation. Since he's trying to bulk, it may not be the best option.
