Couple of days ago I was in a fitness store. While there I noticed a "Bullworker". Next thing, I became overpowered with the desire to buy it figuring it would enhance my chest routine.

Well it does. This little sucker works the inner/lower Pecs marvelously while working the upper Lats simultaneously.

If anyone owns one of these and is/was using their's..

Question:- when repping on these things is it better to start each rep at "breakpoint" ( rig is not yet starting to bend) or..rep without returning to "rigid".

These things have been around since I was a kid. But I never bought one.

Thought they were "bogus" then. But now that I'm using one I think I missed out all those years.

Plan on incorporating it into chest routine with DB's, BB's and all the rest.

You damn right it does! I use one for a weekend "play at it" workout, every so often. That and spring chest expander, more like a tricep builder. When I hear people make fun of them, I think IGNORANCE. You are bringing out some great points, Heavy.
