View Full Version : BCAA's made an impact on my workouts

I just started taking BCAA capsules (ON brand) in like the last month and a half, and i've noticed that i am recovering a little bit quicker and my strength is not plateaud nearly as flat as it used to be, my gains are starting to come up a little bit easier.

i take 3 in the morning and the 5-6 after my intense workout.

it seems to work.

anybody else had good luck with this?

the whole reason i started taking them was because research has shown that they prevent muscle tissue breakdown in cancer patients, so i figure it might do something good for muscle tissue breakdown on my end of things, even though i don't have cancer.

is that the main reason why people take them?
