These products are designed to provide sustained energy, extend endurance by assisting in the rapid absorbtion of fluids and help with cramps and sorting out lactic acid.
I know that you can feel the difference when using them before a race or whatever, but does consuming them over a long period of time (while training) increase your performance? Or were they just designed to give you sustained energy for intense activity - to be consumed before competition?
