I finished my cut back in October 2006 starting at 235lbs going down to 195lbs. Since then i've pretty much stayed at maintaince levels to get a feel for things. I'm currently 201lbs at %12 BF (guessing) and 6'4.
I want to put on around 10-20lbs of muscle but don't want to put on as little fat as possible. I read somewhere about people "bulking" for a short period of time 1-2 weeks (very clean) and then cutting any fat gained for 1-2 weeks and repeat. Would something like that work? Can the body adjust between bulking and cutting like that and still be effective?
