Anyone have any success with this workout? I am just starting out and have about 50 lbs I would like to lose. Thought it was a good workout because it targeted the major muscle groups. Any thoughts on this?

Are you following the nutritional plan as well?

Hey,
I've not tried it myself ( I lost all my weight the LONG, hard way!), but I have heard from a few people that Flat Abs ASAP by Dr. Ellington Darden is worth a good look. Has diet and exercise. But, as with anything by Darden, you better be prepared to work your a$$ off! By the way, ASAP doesn't mean as soon as possible...it's actually an acronym for something else that I can't recall. Good luck!

I am following the nutritional plan. I fill full all the time, and I love the food that is in the Power 12. I have decided that I am going with the high intensity given to me by rtestes. We will see how it works.

Hey, keep a journal on JSF...it's helpful! Keep in touch. I was in your boat a year ago, and it worked for me. Good luck!
