well ill start bulking nxt week and ill be hitting the gym by 6 am.
so when should i have my breakfast and is there anything special i should have before my workouts???

Well, quite honestly it might be tough to achieve "100% proper" nutrition that early.
Can you workout after work/school/whatever?

so..Mastover and Swolecat...wat do you say?
i can wake hit the gym by 7am....how much time should i take rest after break fast?
and how many hours do you think ill need to workout while bulking?2hrs max with proper rest?more than tht will be over training right?

I'm not Mastover or Swole, but I'll try to give some advice:)
Personally, I find I perform a lot better in the weight room after I eat a nice whole food meal consisting of a lean protein and some carbs (oats, sweet potato...). I would try to eat that, wait 60-90 minutes and then hit the iron. If time is a concern, the least I would do is get a protein shake with some oats and maybe a piece of fruit 30 minutes before the workout.
While bulking or cutting, I think 2 hours in the gym is way too much. Keep it intense. I try to get out of there within 1 hour.
