I found this online on Mike's Gym (http://mikesgym.org/index.php), but it's not accompanied by any more than this. I believe it's a Rippetoe program.

So, my question is do you think the 5 x 5 is straight sets or ramped sets? Or, at least, what way would you perform them?

I had planned to do them straight, but I'm second guessing myself now.

If anybody has seen this before or used it, please chime in. I looked through Practical Programming, but didn't see this in there. I didn't look through Starting Strength, but I'm sure it isn't in there.

I read Starting Strength a few weeks ago, and I'll confirm that it's def. not in that book.

Maybe you can e-mail ripptoe and ask him?

Sorry I couldn't have been better help.

Good luck, chic. :gl:
