I have been drinking Xtend & Glutamine Select + BCAAs pre & post weight training. I am wondering if this post weight training drink is sufficient, or if I need another one on top of it consisting of something like: protein powder, fruit, EFAs?

Essentially, I am not sure exactly what Xtend & Glutamine provide for me post workout. Are they sufficient on their own, or do I need another post-workout shake to ensure I get proper amounts of carbs / protein / fat?

I would say it depends on what the rest of your daily nutrition looks like. Without knowing that, it's hard to give advice.
