I ordered some supplements from bodybuilding.com (based in the US) about a month ago, and the shipping method I chose should have meant I recieved my order in a week - 2 weeks. I have not recieved my order (and it has been nearly a month) and I have contacted bb.com twice and both times I was told they would contact their post office and customs here etc yet nothing, any advice? (I am in the UK)

Not sure. I write for bb.com and have shipped to Canada with no problems. Their customer service has usually been highly effective and responsive with me. I'd suggest you keep trying, perhaps e-mail, etc, to get to the bottom of it - there shouldn't be an issue.

What supplements are you buying? My nutritional company has a distribution center right in the UK, so you would save a ton on shipping, etc. Contact me offline if there is anything I can accomodate for ya!
