anyone seen that 300, those actors had good bodies, alot of work must have gone into sculpting a body like that, Do you think those guys had seriously low body-fat, well developed muscles or both?

Both. They had to do a serious amount of conditioning work for that film. I daresay that may have used some *ahem* supplements as well...

Mostly no. The big fiction of the movie is that the Spartans were tall. A lot of work has been done on height of ancient populations, and they were pretty short. Partly because they didn't raise a lot of cattle. Milk and beef appears to be one of the big factors influencing the height of populations throughout history.

Ahhh yes, Shorter people 'seem' to tone up better/easier, maybe because they need to build less muscle. (building forearms seems hard because i have long arms..very long haha)
