Well, My last challenge was mostly me. But it worked! I think a short term challenge really kept me focused so I think I'll do another one.

Rules: Must be perfect the WHOLE 7 days with diet and exercise.
No excuses!

Starts Sunday (April 1st) and goes thru Saturday (April 7th)

I'll be in the April 100 Challenge and this would be a great way for me to keep all my points from April 1st to the 7th.

Great idea:nod:

I'll be here April 1st. Aside from perfection, are there any particular rules to this challenge?

Well, for me. I'm not timing any of my meals or workouts. As long as I eat what I planned to for the day and workout sometime on the day that I planned to workout I consider myself to have a perfect day.

Oh, and you have to post the following day to report how you did on the previous day. Or if you like you can post at the end of each day.

Also, if you slip up and deviate from your own diet or miss working out, you're out of the challenge and you'll have to wait until the next "Week of Perfection Challenge" to participate again.

Hello other participants.

I'll be making my post tomorrow at work. It's easier to track my day and then give my results.

From what I understand, you need to be perfect with your diet & training, and have string of consecutive days. If you don't have a perfect day with your diet or training then I believe you drop out. Posting a day late is fine.

Ok, cool.
Now do I have to post my diet and training or just the fact that I did it or not?

Diet part: diet is logged into Fitday.
Training: My personal challenge will be not only DOING cardio, but doing it FASTED on the days that I don't weight train. Now, THATS a challenge for me http://smiley.onegreatguy.net/dropdead.gif

I have a quick question about the diet part. Does perfect mean that we can't cheat or miss any of our meals?

Surely that's what perfection is, duh ;)

Sounds like my girlfriend... she was thinking about getting a job (for the first time in her life... she is in her 40-ies) and was asking (totally serious) if she can start with holidays because she has hairdresser and massage appointments.

Whoa! I didn't realize there were so many posts since yesterday. The perfection part of the challenge is being perfect in whatever your plan is for the week. For me that will be just staying under the days calories and exercising on the days I have scheduled.

Day 1: Stayed under 2000 calories and jogged for 60 minutes on treadmill.
