Doing these for the first time and I don't understand ExRx's meaning when they say:
Dismount barbell from rack over the chest using a wide oblique overhand grip.
I am about to go to the gym in an hour. If anyone can enlighten me... it would be muchly appreciated. :)

Those were some results when doing various Google searches with quotes. Yeah, I can't find much either. :)
I don't think you need to key in on that one word too much though. A Decline Barbell Bench Press is fairly straight forward. Sit down, grab bar, hold it above you, bring it down, press it back up. :)

I have seen this referred to (Oblique grip) for other ex's like the Flat bench, where it has been suggested to place your hands on the bar at an angle (30 to 40 degrees from normal, outerpalms higher).
Kudos if you can pull it off. I've tried it but found it somewhat uncomfortable with a free bar. Have done it on machines, where I didn't have to worry about stability and dropping the bar accidentally.
It's one of those "enhanced " moves.
Unable to post links off the top of my head but have seen it when I go on Site Safaris.
