Have any of you gone to the body for life website and looked at all the recipes that they have on there? What do you all think of them? They look really good, and I'm sick of having the same thing over and over again and looking for a way to spice up my diet, while staying high on protein and such.

If you're using the BFL style of dieting, then they're pretty good. Also, the "Eating for Life" book might be worth picking up. It has many, many great recipes, most fairly easy to prepare as well.

I don't own Eating for Life, but I've flipped through it. The thing that bothers me about that book is the lack of nutritional information about the recipes.

They probably don't include it because you don't count calories or grams on BFL. However, I too would prefer to see that info included.

I LOVE Eating for Life. That book has such great recipes and information in it- it is a great way to change up your diet so you don't find yourself eating chicken breasts and broccoli every night. *guilty*

My girlfriend loves it because the directions are easy to follow and the recipes are all pretty healthy. I try to figure out the nutritional information on my own using Fitday and the backs of the packages. Regardless, great book and I would recommend anyone pick it up!

Thanks for the responses! I will check out Eating for Life. I'm interested in the BFL recipes because I don't have a nutritionist and it seems like a healthy way to lose weight. Thanks again!
