View Full Version : Lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks!

I am happy... people have started to notice! I am excited!
I just weight train everyday now (different parts on different days), and do cardio about 3 times a week, drink water and eat healthy... I eat alot of salads... and I drink protein shakes in the morning and post work out.... I take OneADay Weight Smart Vitamins and take green tea tablets.... I also drink 1 cup of black coffe every other day....
just wanted to share my enthusiasm :tucool:

i feel alot better, and i have noticed I am in a much better mood.... :claplow: my bf loves that.. lol ;)
but yea.... i have a horrible metabolism, so most things I do are to boost that....
I am still looking for anymore tips to boost it, if i am not doing it already.... :nod:
Two Step Tue, April 13th, 2004, 09:39 AM As you continue with your fitness routine - lifting, cardio, etc and add some muscle your metabolism will increase --- 100% naturally!! Just think of all the money you can save ;)
I would skip the green tea pills and just drink a cup of green tea. That way you get a host of other beneficial anti-oxidants along with the metabolism boost. And the one a day is just green tea as well. Just brew a cup or several instead!

i just ate more salad.... that is really the only change that i made...
don't know if that was what did it or not :tucool:

well i know it is very good to count calories and everything but I just don't do that.... :o
my daily meals are, protein shake in the morning (around 8:00)
then as i am at work I snack on pretzels, cherry tomatoes only when i feel a little eating urge coming on..
when i get home i eat a salad with grilled chicken, but i also put fat free ranch and shredded cheese on it... (that is where i get most of my calories throught the day)
then maybe an orange...
i drink black coffee and i drink a protein shake post workout...
i also went from just walking a mile in 18 minutes to walking for 30 minutes and walking 1.7 miles... :claphigh:
