As u guys may have seen i have been on a 5-6 day split and have been doing good so far. My question is about the intake of food to lose fat.
I have been eating breakfast (2 cups or oatmeal/cottage cheese combines) and then hitting the weights in the morining (9:30 ish)

I was thinking of doing cardio, breakfast, and then weights. Yes, no?

how far apart are you doing your cardio and weights? Typically, you should allow 8 hours between cardio and weights. Cardio on an empty stomach is good imo, then breakfast (which is also good, maybe add some almonds) but I'd work out later. If you can't, then give yourself as much time between cardio and weights and after weights, have a good pwo shake, followed by a good lunch about an hour later.
