Hi,

Have been at this forum back and forth, first time three years ago. I was amazed by the changes John made, and I still am. This time it is my turn to change. I want to look good for summer, short term, and I want to get healthier and a bit bigger for long term.

So, to get going I started at a local gym a week ago or so, doing some cardio and some weights. For now it's just random lifting, but monday next week I have an appointment with some staff to help me out with a schedule/plan. I understand that I need goals, and that training is much more fun when I can have something to reach, and to accomplish. Problem is my goals are kinda fuzzy. I want to look better, but it's so abstract.. My training buddy is planning to loose 10kg before 1st of June. That is so concrete.. wish I could have a similar goal...

Anyway, this is how I look now.. I don't hope I have such a bad posture (right image). I think it's just because I focused on relaxing, and not cheating in any way

Okay, I want the flabby parts around my waist gone.

Vital statistics:
Age - 28
Weight - 154.3lbs / 70kg
height - 5.8 feet / 178 cm

That's about all I know. fat% would be nice to know, but I have no idea.

Hope to be able to present my schedule and such when I've had the meeting with a trainer.
