Could you guys share your sandwich recipe please? Mine is so boring...

Buy the fake-crab (it's made with pollack or sea bream) stuff, it's pretty cheap...mix it with a bit of mayo and a bit of yogurt. Then add in salt, pepper, fresh dill (the key), onions, *fennel*, and whatever other veggies sound appealing to you...sometimes I add a few olives and skip the salt, sometimes (Today) I add a few avocado slices. Throw that baby on toast and away you go!

Cook a chicken breast, then shred it with two forks. When it is sufficiently shredded, put it on greased aluminum foil and then put your fav. sauce on it...I happen to like garlic-chili-pepper sauce from Taste of Thai when I'm in the States...then *broil* just the meat for about 2-4 min (until the edges get a little brown)...add whatever veggies you like onto the bread and you're done.

I cook a chicken breast, shred it and mix in 2 types of italian spices, garlic powder, basil, vegetable seasoning, chili peppers and a little bit of pizza sauce and bbq sauce. I find it's pretty delicious.

i had this today and it was really good

whole wheat bread + peppered turkey + honey mustard + spinach + tomato + avocado

i used to be in the same boat, but since i have changed my eating habits i like veggies more so my sammiches are usually deli sliced turkey, tomato, lettuce, red onion, creole mustard, spicy sprouts, avacado if we have it, light mayo, salt and pepper. Usually no cheese but i have taken a liking to pepperjack. I love sammiches more than ever. Subway has become my new best friend also.
