for the last two months or so during my workouts i get very dizzy and nauseous and it is a struggle to complete them. i normally eat an apple before i workout and i drink water all throughout my wo. someone said i should eat more prior to workouts. What should i eat, calories and how long before i start the workout?

Eat more carbs. Maybe a preworkout shake consisting of oats and a scoop of protein? You can even drink gatorade during your workout to keep your carb level up. Are you on some sort of low carb diet?

Naw, not on a low carb diet. I eat fairly balanced, by no means do i have it as scientific as many of you guys here but I eat okay. I will try that pre workout shake. How long before I workout?

Somewhere between 30min to an hour before working out. Also, you could be overtraining as well if your working out far more then an hour of heavy sets yeah you'll be dizzy and probably end up puking by the end of your workout.

The dizziness sets in only minutes after I start. I'm doing full body workouts now, about 45 mins - 1 hour long, 3-4 days a week. But yea I've had that feeling of wanting to puke, not pleasant. I'll try the shake. Thanks.
