I have this reocurring injury that is underneath my left shoulder blade. What muscle is this and does anyone have any info on these types of injuries?

Thanks...

Obviously, I didn't mean to ask a nonsensical question or something that might be seen as common sense. I was just frustrated at the recurrence of the injury now and then and looking for some input on such an injury.

I even did a web search and looked at some books to see what you were talking about, with little luck. Next time, you see a doctor ask him. Besides the shoulder , how are things going?

Thank you! Ohnestly??? Well, I'm just about to have a hernia removed next week so I'm out of the gym for little while. I was shredding up finally 'til this point due to not being on the road anymore. I'm able to stay clean 100% besides the weekly cheat meal now. Then I suddenly have a hernia:doh:

I hope you're doing good Richard.

Just getting older, do some reading up on things while you are repairing, it will do you good, later. watch all the videos, you might have missed here (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/fitshow.htm) especially Milos S.
