what can be done to attempt to get loose skin around the stomach to snap back. I have been able to go from a size 38 waist to a 34 waist with a solid diet and exercise. I am 45yr old and feel better than when I was in my 30's, however, my concern is the loose skin. I can see my abs now, however, there is some loose skin which has not snapped back yet. Is there a way to help speed up the process? can it be done at my age? or is surgery the only option? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on how bad it is. You must give it some time I think. Itīs a slow process. From 38 to 34 waist is probably not so bad and I think the loose skin problem might be gone one year from now. All you need is some patience.:)

If the problem is really serious you might need surgery however. I dont think there is anything you can do that really helps. Even if some companys sell "snake oil"-type products that they claim can help. But I wouldnīt waste money on that...

Stay hydrated. As far as I know, drinking lots of water is a big help.
