I understand that during a cut it is ideal to maintain muscle mass and lose fat. So if I'm doing my workouts right should I expect to get stronger during the cut or will I just maintain strength?
I hope to get my workout and diet up for you all by tomorrow. And I will know for sure next tuesday if my combo is working right or not.
