Olive oil is fantastic.

Even moreso when you don't cook it (in salads, etc).

My doctor suggested that I use Enova Oil. Anyone else tried this oil out? I'm seriously thinking about going back to Olive Oil. I guess I need to do some research!

The monounsaturated fat in olive oil is very good for you. It also has good antioxidants in the extra virgin type (although you may lose some of those if you cook with it). Don't fear fat for fat's sake. Just worry about the bad fats like transfats, and monitor your overall diet.

Lots of people are afraid of fat based on the media hype that fat was evil in the 90s. It just isn't true. You NEED fats. Just make sure they are good ones.
