Hi everyone.
I'm a college student, and i'm gonna be spending my afternoons far from home without a meal plan. I eat 5-6 meals a day.
I need to prepare meals 2, 3, and 4 to bring with me so i can eat between classes. I'm just doing maintence (not bulking or cutting, just eating right and staying active) and i wanna stay around 2000 cals a day.
Cost is not really an issue. Taste is not really an issue. I'm looking for things that are around 100-400 cals and a good balance of protein and LOW GI carbs. These are the meals before my workout (I lift in the evenings).
Can you please suggest MRP's OR meals I can prepare for myself and take in tupperware: (shakes or other concotions). The key is: It has to be VERY quick and easy to make!!!
example:
oats + whey protein powder + milk = however many calories
example:
this 200 calorie bar <brand X> is really healthy and fills me up.
Bars or smoothies are perfect. Specific brands that were helpful would be HUGE.
Very sorry for the long post.
Just list things that work for you. Any suggesting helps. Thank you guys very much, this forum has changed my life in the past 2 months.
