For of all I've recently (about june 2006 til december 2006) went from 230 to 163ish pounds. Now I want to put the muscle back on, and do it leanly, and by my 21 birthday (june 20, 2007) I want to be around around 8% body fat at about 165 pounds.
Right now....if if if....i'm doing the measurments right, I'm about 167 at 11% body fat.
This is a part of my general life goals, so I'm very determined.
I'm hoping these goals are realistic. It would involve gaining about 6 pounds of lean body weight, and cutting off a bit of fat. Do these seem like reasonable goals?
So asking about measuring body fat, when measuring the waist of my gut, I do the narrowish part right, about an inch above my belly button? It says not to suck in, but what does that really mean? Stand straight up? Exhaul but dont suck in? When is the best time to do measurements? The difference between my morning and night can be about 2 inches, so I'm not sure.
Secondly, I seem to be gaining about a pound everyweek, depending on how much I drink before weighing myself. I only weigh myself at the gym, which means its after about 6 hours of being awake. My current scale is a keep 10 buck one from walmart, so I'm going to buy a better one after my next pay check, but is it normal to gain a pound a week? I eat abotu 2800 calories a day (with about 120+ grams of protien, and around 60 grams of fat) but I'm not as into diet
stuff like other people.
Well thank you.
