H177 Mon, February 26th, 2007, 06:07 PM opps, i forgot to ask before. i used calipers to test my bf% but the results were very out (did it 3 times... first time, 22%, second, 10%, and third, 38%!) so i was wondering if anybody could give me an estimate based on the pictures posted above... thanks again rtestes Mon, February 26th, 2007, 06:29 PM opps, i forgot to ask before. i used calipers to test my bf% but the results were very out (did it 3 times... first time, 22%, second, 10%, and third, 38%!) so i was wondering if anybody could give me an estimate based on the pictures posted above... thanks again I always recommend full body. After three years or more you can get into splits if you see need. I am on my 53rd year of full body workouts. 22-25% might be a good estimate. you girls are hard to pinpoint. beginner84 Wed, February 28th, 2007, 03:14 PM hi ! good to see someone else having the courage to start and post pictures of him/herself on the web, i know how hard it was for me. i dont know what your goals are, but actually i think your looking good already :) if you lift some weights im quite sure youll get a even more attractive body in very short time. best of luck ! (which someone told me when I started) A little work and you'll get some dangerous curves painted on. :) I think you look great already. Some more meat on those curves and you'll be smokin'! NBS 4life Fri, March 2nd, 2007, 11:48 PM I always recommend full body. After three years or more you can get into splits if you see need. H177 Tue, August 14th, 2007, 07:27 AM it has been a while since i have updated this thread. in my absence i have gained a fair bit of muscle, unfortunatly with the muscle gain... i also gained fat :(. so where to from here? thanks heaps guys :D beginner84 Tue, August 14th, 2007, 08:56 AM how about the weight ? did it change quite some ? H177 Tue, August 14th, 2007, 04:47 PM yes it did change a fair bit. I have aparantly gained 10lbs, but around 5 of those seem to be muscle. I know I don't look all that appealing right now, but when I start to strip the fat, its going to be sweet :D |
