So my wife is writing a paper for her associates in Nursing Degree. She needs some articles, or studies done, refrencing youth and fitness. Any aspects of fitness that have to do with younger kids or teenagers. Statistic on obesity, recomended diets, lifting programs, studies on obesity versus health...anything. I told her I would help her out but why not also access some of the most brilliant health related people I know.

Check out PubMed (http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/) run by NIH (National Institutes of Health, government organization), which gives you access to articles published in scientific journals. Search for the terms that might seem appropriate and you should get a ton of good stuff.

just make sure you access pubmed through your university. otherwise, you can't read more than 90% of the articles out there.

There's a ton of stuff out there and the subject incredibly broad so unless you be really specific it's a waste of time for any of us to return with a suggested journal.

That said use pubmed or google scholar to search for relevant journals. If she's doing a degree your wife likely has an athens account, or at least can go through her university to access the journals. If she doens't know how tell her to contact her library.
