I was just curious. If you ate, say 8,000 calories one day, where your maintenence was 2500, would your body store a solid pound and a half of fat? Or would the overload be so significant that you wouldn't really process all of it properly?

Obviously, I had a bad day. A really bad day, heh, with both a wedding and a birthday party. (ie., lots of cake, and lots of alcohol). :o I'm just curious if that one day didn't ruin over a week work. I'm weighing in a solid 3.5 lbs heavier today, but I'm sure some of that is water and whatnot.

yeah don't worry too much, have a couple solid runs these next couple days, check in your diet and the process you set yourself on will atone this bad day even if you maintained the rest of the week, evens out, continuing to work hard will even burn it off and then some! In fact I do this a lot go overboard... I constantly need to be battle failure to succeed

Hah, someone who understands me. Well good, I was planning on starting up a bulk this week. Maybe I will just wait one extra week then to sort of work this junk back off. Teach myself a lesson for letting it get too overboard.

To start off with, have some control

Anyway, a cheat here and there isn't too bad, as long as its once in a while :) Just get back onto your normal routine asap and it should be fine :)

No joke  I'm actually really good about my diet most times. I just got caught up in the double celebration whatnots and let myself go :D

I'm back on track today though. It's a shame to have to work off that extra week, but I've got 2 cardio sessions planned for today, so I'll get there.

Why not go to the gym and pump some heavy weights with all that energy inside you? Why waste it on cardio
