What do you mean good or bad? There's no good or bad about your body -- it's just a body.
If you want to know if you should bulk or cut, IMO, you should bulk. You don't have much fat, but you also don't have much muscle.

Part of that could also be his age (he is only 13) .... but I agree with your recommendation.
ShadowX: You are starting young, which I think is great! You have a good physique for your age -- Keep lifting and eat big (clean) and you will have an incredible physique in your later teen years.

Sorry, I didn't notice your age. I had guessed you were older. Like JoeSchmo said, you're doing well for 13. :tucool: Your ability to gain muscle will really kick in as you progress through puberty. :nod: Keep working hard. :tu:

Matty February 26th, 2007, 01:56 AM Wow...13? I wish I had been a little more intelligent when I was that age and put down the hamburgers and picked up some Iron, would make life now a little easier. I would say your BF% somewhere around 8%. I would also suggest a bulk, keep it up and you will be incredibly ripped later in your life.
