Hello All,

I am very pleased to present the results of my Hydrostatic today.

I started my quest in better health and fitness in Oct. 06. At that time, I weighed in at 187 with my shorts, socks, shirt, and shoes.

After just a few months and holidays, yes I was good during the holidays, and a rigid program starting Jan 1st, here are the results of my testing:

Weight: 172.0 (swim trunks only)
Height: 70 inches

Hydrostatic Fat%: 12.7% Rank 95 Excellent

Jackson-Pollock 3-Pinch Fat #1 %: 13.6% Rank 93 Excellent

Lean Body Mass: 150.2 lbs.
Fat: 21.8 lbs.

Needless to say, I am very positive after receiving these results and am even further committed to my goals!!!

I am going to bump up my Kcals just a bit to around 2000/2200 cardio/weight days and see how it goes over the next 2 weeks.

My goal is to get under 10% and start building muscle. I think I am going on a very good pace and do not want to sacrifice any more LBM.

Thank you to everyone on this forum for your informative posts and support!
