The Sald is made from:
1 stalk of fennel cut thin
1 large slice of onion cut into cubes
1 package of imitation crab, crab, or the like...mine is made with Sea Bream.
4 black olives cut to bits
1 clove garlic
The Dressing:
a drizzle of olive oil
2tblspns Mayo
2tblspns plain yogurt
salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste
ENJOY!!!

No, but I'd say it's safe to assume that it is a protien-fat meal. The veggies here provide little carbs, while the dressing and the fish provide plenty of good fats and protien.

Just did this recipe, added cucumber and sunflower seeds and sliced haas avocado..
Didn't use mayo in the dressing either, used olive oil, yogurt, balsamic vinegar, and a packet of italian dressing..
Okay, so maybe I frankensteined your recipe a bit, but it was still a nice start.. was very good
